UK DELIVERIES

We do not currently despatch our products outside of the UK.  

Delivery times are for in stock items only.

Cut-off times for Royal Mail deliveries:

Royal Mail-delivered orders must be received before 3pm to be processed on the same day (Monday to Friday only - if your order is placed over the weekend or on a UK Bank Holiday, it will be processed on the next available working day).

If your order is placed later than 3pm, your delivery may not be processed until the next working day. 24 hour / 48 hour delivery times apply from the date your order is dispatched. Please note that during busy periods, these delivery times cannot be guaranteed and we recommend allowing extra time where possible. 

Royal Mail Tracked 48

This service aims to deliver most items within 2 working days, please note this is an aim and not a guarantee. The following exceptions apply and may take longer:

BT, HS, KW, PA20, PA28-PA38, PA41-PA49, PA60-78, PA80 PH30, PH41-44, TR21-25, ZE, JE, GY, IM, KA27 postcodes

Royal Mail Tracked 24

This service aims to deliver most items within 1 day, please note this is an aim and not a guarantee. The following exceptions apply and may take longer:

HS, KW15, PA20, PA28-PA38, PA41-PA49, PA60– PA78, PA80, PH30, PH41, PH43, TR21-25, ZE, JE, GY, IM, KA27 KW16-17, PH42, PH44 postcodes

Royal Mail Sunday Delivery

If your item is eligible for Sunday delivery, the following postcode exceptions apply and may not be delivered on Sunday:

AB, BT, DD9-11, DG5-9, FK17-21, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-30, KW, KY10, KY14-16, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PA80, PH5-9, PH11-13, PH15-26, PH30-50, PO31-41, TD5-15, TR21-25, ZE

Cut-off times for courier deliveries:

Courier-delivered orders must be received before midday (Monday to Friday) to be processed on the same day. 

If your order is placed later than midday, your delivery may not be processed until the next working day. 24 hour / 48 hour delivery times apply from the date your order is processed.

We process/post orders on weekdays only. If your order is placed over the weekend (or on a UK Bank Holiday), it will be processed on the next available working day. 

During peak mail-order periods (e.g. After Bank holidays, the Christmas period etc) deliveries may be extended slightly, although every effort will be made to despatch as soon as possible.

Royal Mail Tracked 48	£3.75
Royal Mail Tracked 24	£4.55
DHL Next Day	£8.50

 

Free Shipping applies automatically to orders over £30. These orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. 

When your order is despatched you will receive a notification to your email address with tracking details and, depending on the service, options for delivery.
